The Wild is a small continent to the west of the main continent of Isen.
Before the last cataclysm, it was part of the main continent, but due to mass flooding of the lower plains, it is now an entirely separate land mass.
The inhabitants of the Wild include roaming bands of tribal nomadic peoples, and a few small settlements.
Due to the continent's harsh elements and even harsher wildlife, settlements tend to be dug into the ground, and the sides of hills, to provide natural shelter should a sudden danger strike.
There have been numerous small villages that have been destroyed for having not been designed in this way.
There is a desert on the continent known as Timatanga by historians. Despite Isen's many cataclysmic destructions, this site has remained perpetually unchanged.
Locals to The Wild believe there is a powerful energy emitting from Timatanga, and refuse to venture onto its sands.
The largest settlement, Utara, is at The Wild's north-western peak, and has a small port through which trade is facilitated with the Northern Isles.
